1. General Terms

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and for keeping your account details up to date. If your phone number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your account promptly. y444 is not responsible for failed communications or payment issues resulting from outdated account information.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. y444 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. All activity carried out using your login credentials is considered to be your activity. y444 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has not taken reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets or bonuses at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules for those products. y444 may also close or suspend an account at its discretion where these Terms have been breached or where fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.

4. Deposits

All deposits on y444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and select mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method. y444 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — y444 has no control over third-party fees.

Deposits must be made from payment methods that belong to you. Using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted and will be treated as a breach of these Terms. y444 conducts periodic checks to verify that payment methods match the account holder's identity.

Deposits that are flagged by payment processors or identified as potentially fraudulent will be held pending review. In such cases, y444 will contact the account holder to request additional verification. Deposits that cannot be verified will be returned where possible, or held until the matter is resolved.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. y444 applies a same-method withdrawal policy as a standard practice to reduce fraud risk. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be communicated to you directly.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Verification typically requires confirmation of your identity and the payment method associated with your account. y444 will notify you of any outstanding verification requirements when you submit a withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers, which may take additional business days depending on your bank. Times shown in the cashier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These are displayed in the cashier section. If your requested withdrawal exceeds the single-transaction limit, you may need to submit multiple requests across consecutive days.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real money funds deposited by you (your cash balance) are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to account verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Sports Betting Rules

Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is considered placed and final only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is generated. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet should be considered unplaced. Do not assume a bet has been accepted without a confirmed reference. Sufficient funds must be available in your PKR balance at the time of placement.

Odds and Markets

Odds on y444 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of any subsequent movement. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time during a match — if your bet is not confirmed before a suspension, it will not be accepted.

Cricket, PSL and International Matches

Void Bets and Errors

y444 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds has occurred — for example, odds that were clearly set incorrectly due to a data feed error or a human input mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account. y444 also reserves the right to void bets on events where the outcome has been determined to have been manipulated or where reliable data cannot be confirmed.

8. Casino and Slots

The casino and slots section of y444 features games from third-party software providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures fair and random outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panel for each title.

Live casino games are streamed from professional studios and hosted by real dealers.
